Work With Us

Individuals Build Alongside Us, Institutions Fuel the Scale—Both Spark Change.

Kinara thrives on two kinds of partners: private individuals who share hands-on expertise in the field, and institutions whose funding scales proven, youth-driven solutions. Whether you mentor girls in science clubs or underwrite the next Water for Life expansion, your contribution blends with local talent to create measurable change across Morogoro.

One of our graduation parties.

Why Work With Kinara?

Morogoro’s young people are ready to lead; they just need collaborators who believe in grassroots drive. At Kinara every initiative—be it a girls’ science club, a sewing enterprise, or a leak-monitoring patrol—is designed and run by local youth. When you share your expertise or fund their vision, you turn that raw energy into tangible wins—one classroom, one family business, one water line at a time.

We’re a lean, fast-moving team that values equity, creativity, and transparent results. Volunteers find room to innovate and learn alongside emerging leaders; institutional funders see clear milestones, open books, and impact you can trace on the ground. If you trust that the best solutions rise from the community up, you’ll fit right in with Kinara.

Partner With Us as a Funder

Kinara’s impact grows when visionary funders back youth-led ideas.

Why invest in Kinara?

  • Proven, scalable models. From Water for Life to Big Sisters & Big Brothers, our pilots become district-wide solutions.

  • Transparent delivery. We pair every grant with clear milestones, budget tracking and narrative reports.

  • Local ownership. > 80 % of our budget goes directly to Morogoro-based staff, trainers and youth volunteers.

  • Leverage. Each dollar unlocks community in-kind support—parents, schools and local government match our efforts with space, labour and supplies.

Ways to fund

  • Core support to keep programmes responsive and resilient.

  • Targeted grants for a specific pillar—SRHR, Livelihoods, Education or Civic Engagement.

  • Innovation seed-funds for new youth-generated ideas.

What you receive

  • Quarterly financial and narrative reports.

  • Field-visit opportunities and direct dialogue with youth beneficiaries.

  • Recognition (or anonymity) according to your preference.
