Our Organizational Design
Kinara for Youth Evolution operates under the oversight of a Board of Directors, which provides strategic guidance and governance for the organization.
At the operational level, the organization is led by the Executive Director, who oversees the overall functioning and coordination of Kinara’s work. The Executive Director supervises three core functional units:
Programs Unit – Led by a Senior Program Manager, who oversees a Program Manager. The Program Manager works closely with Project Coordinators, who in turn supervise Project Volunteers. This unit is responsible for the planning, implementation, and monitoring of Kinara’s youth development initiatives.
Finance Unit – Managed by the Finance Manager, who ensures responsible financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. The Finance Manager also contributes to organizational decision-making in coordination with the Executive Director.
Data and Communications Unit – Managed by the Data and Communications Manager, who leads the organization’s information management, communications strategy, and visibility efforts. This unit ensures transparency, learning, and public engagement.
Each unit functions collaboratively under the leadership of the Executive Director to deliver on Kinara’s mission of empowering young people across Morogoro.
